To create and manage your listing, process payments, send transactional and service emails, send marketing communications (opt-out anytime), improve the Platform, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share with: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), and analytics providers. Your listing information (name, address, phone, website, category) is publicly displayed on the Platform by design.

4. Marketing Communications

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email or contacting us at support@remoteequipmenthire.com.au. Transactional emails are not affected.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored on servers in Australia (Sydney region). We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your information. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as required by law.
